• Jurisdiction: Subject to the above, the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Previo Estudio regarding the use of our services.
